Tai’s recommended agenda for a successful day:

  1. Sleep in.
  2. Wake up slowly.
  3. Do your stretches.
  4. Eat poultry.
  5. Sit on the porch and watch the air move.
  6. Nap.
  7. Eat more poultry.
  8. Nap.
  9. Go out and run around the house a few times.
  10. Drink lots of water.
  11. Nap.
  12. Eat more poultry.
  13. Repeat as necessary.
  14. Remember that it’s supposed to be a peaceful day, so don’t bite or scratch anyone except in self-defense.
